For most college students, Spring Break means rest.
For Wisconsin Singers, it means loading a bus, traveling hundreds of miles, and bringing Broadway-caliber performance to communities beyond Madison.
On March 27, our troupe will embark on our annual Spring Break Tour – one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of our season. Throughout the week, we will perform high-energy, fully produced shows for new audiences, representing the University of Wisconsin-Madison with pride, professionalism, and heart.
For our student performers, this tour is more than a trip.
It is:
- The first time performing in a brand-new community.
- The packed auditorium in a town we’ve never visited before.
- The shared adrenaline before the curtain rises.
- The bus ride where castmates become lifelong friends.
- The moment we realize the reach and impact of live performance.
Each troupe member is working to raise $500 to help offset travel, lodging, and tour expenses – roughly half the cost of the trip. Your support makes it possible for students from all financial backgrounds to participate fully in this incredible experience and continue sharing the Wisconsin Singers tradition across the country.
If you are an alum, you remember this tour. You remember the laughter, the late nights, the unfamiliar stages that quickly felt like home. You remember how stepping into new communities strengthened your confidence and deepened your love for performance.
Today’s Singers are building those same memories.
Your gift – whether $10, $50, or more – helps us keep this tradition alive and ensures that Wisconsin Singers can continue bringing music, energy, and connection to audiences wherever the road takes us.
We leave March 27.
Help us hit the road – and keep the music moving.
